Characteristics

•       The cutting current is continuously adjustable, and fit for the work pieces of different thickness. Low current is used for sheet and high current for thick plate, it can assure both cutting quality and energy saving. For example, the work range of LGK-120 can be thought as that of five vintage cutting machines LGK-40, 60, 80, 100, 120.

•       External characteristic and response characteristic surpass the leakage reactance mode cutting machine by a long way. And it has very high arc initiation success ratio, stable cutting current, very fine straightness of arc and glabrous cut.

•       It can effectively prolong the usage life of the cutting torch electrode and nozzle by current rising slowly when initiating arc to cut.

•       The cutting current is very stable, and the fluctuation of supply voltage has no effect on cutting current.

•       100% Duty Cycle. Cutting work at the maximal current can continue for very long time without stop.
