Characteristics

•    The ZX5 series, ZX5-500E and 630A are very suitable for carbon arc air gouging.

•    This series of rectifiers has the slight slope drooping static characteristic with external dragging, nice dynamic characteristic, stable arc, quiet melting pool, less splash, nice welding seam shape, and is propitious to position welding.

•    Thanks to the advantage of adjusting welding current remotely, having the initiation and arc force current function, the machine is easy to be operated without sticking.

•    It can compensate for voltage fluctuate of main automatically and ensure welding current steady under either cold, or hot conditions.
